When I set out to lose weight I wanted to do it in such a way that any truck driver, or anyone else for that matter,
could do it with "Minimum effort and get Maximum results". This would even entail no extra walking, running, or
outside exercise. It would have to be so simple it could all be done in the privacy of a truck in your underwear.
And so my nickname was born!
Weight loss, not strength training, is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Weight lifting or resistance exercise
is also an effective way to burn calories but I do not recommend it in the beginning.
I have had many failed attempts at weight loss because I thought all I needed to do was go to a gym, or workout hard at home,
to get in shape only to be frustrated and quit for the lack of results I was looking for.
So let's start slow, you'll thank me later.
My routine is very simple and goes like this:
1: Prepare by taking the Supplements I recommend about 30 minutes before your workout.
2: The mindset is this, work every muscle group from the tips of your toes to the top of your head (see my videos on this technique).
You can do most of it laying down, sitting on the edge of your bed, or in some cases, standing up and bracing on something to maintain
your balance (ie like a wall, dresser, cabinet, or chair). This is simply designed to take the nutrition in your blood and circulate it throughout
your body. Don't strain anything, relax, and make it as effortless as possible. This should only take about 30-45 minutes. Did I mention to
have fun and take it easy? This is very important when you're first starting out.
3: Do this simple routine for 30 days. The point of the routine is to train your body, or trick it, into getting into the habit of exercising every day. After 30 days it will become a habit
and your body will remind you that it wants to exercise. Then you can work it harder, add more protein to your diet, and you'll be on your way!
